Troy and Amity Felton

I am a full-time Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Integrity NW, specializing in residential properties. With 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, I serve clients in St. Cloud and the surrounding areas.

My primary focus is delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first showing until closing. I assist a diverse range of clients, including those purchasing their first home, investors, and estate sales, to those looking at building their dream home or right-sizing into the home that best fits their lifestyle.

I am also deeply committed to my local community and have previously coached many youth sports and served as a board member for the St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors. Additionally, I am a member of the local Chamber of Commerce and the Clear Lake Lions Club.

I enjoy helping others learn about the real estate process so feel free to reach out to me with any real estate questions. If you, or someone you know is considering the purchase or sale of real estate, I would be honored to help you so let’s work together to make your real estate goals a reality!
